User Agreement
The following describes the terms of use and access to our services.
Introduction
Mrfreeads provides online resources, including free item posting, free personal ad's and forums.
Your use of our services is governed by the following terms and conditions. Before you can become a user of mrfreeads, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this user agreement. You should read through all the terms carefully. The user agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and mrfreeads. Should you object to any term or condition of these terms, guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto
or become dissatisfied with our services in any way, please discontinue use of Mrfreeads.
This user agreement is valid from 1 October 2007 and is effective upon acceptance for new users.
Using Mrfreeads
You may not use the personals section of this site if you are under the age of 18 or if it's not legal for you to do so in your country. You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the service are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. More specifically, you are entirely
responsible for all content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the service. You understand that Mrfreeads does not control, and is not responsible for content made available through the service, and that by using the service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, that you may not rely on said content, and that under no circumstances
will Mrfreeads be liable in any way for any content.
While using the site, you will not:

Post, email, or otherwise make available content that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Mrfreeads employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Post, list or upload content that constitutes or contains affiliate marketing, referral code, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisement.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to mrfreeads computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality or the service of Mrfreeads web site.

Copy, modify, or distribute Mrfreeads copyrighted works or trade marks, or other content from the site, without our express consent.

Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the service.

Post, list or upload content that is illegal, prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by law.
Abuse
To help keep the mrfreeads site working properly and the community safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy breaches to us.
Content Licence
When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, trade marks, database rights and all other intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. In addition, you waive all moral rights you have in the content to the fullest extent permitted by law. We must have these rights
in order to host and display your content.
Release
If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Mrfreeads is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release mrfreeads, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown,
suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
Limitations on service
You acknowledge that Mrfreeads may establish limits concerning use of the service, including the maximum number of days that content will be retained by the service, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored by the service, and the frequency with which you may access the service. You agree that Mrfreeads has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store
any content maintained or transmitted by the service. You acknowledge that mrfreeads reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that Mrfreeads shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Termination of Service
You agree that Mrfreeads, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Mrfreeads believes that you have acted inconsistently with the
letter or spirit of the Terms. Further, you agree that Mrfreeads shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the service after said termination.
Limitations of Liability
You will not hold Mrfreeads responsible for other users' actions or inactions. The Mrfreeads site allows anyone to offer, give away, sell, and buy just about anything. At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through the site. We are not party to the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. Under no circumstances shall Mrfreeads be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other
form of damages. (Even if Mrfreeads has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of Mrfreeads site or service, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of Mrfreeads site or service, from inability to use Mrfreeads site or service, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration or termination of Mrfreeads site or service. Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or products received through or advertised
in connection with Mrfreeads site or service or any links on Mrfreeads site, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised in connection with Mrfreeads site or service. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

General
If any provision of this user agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable. The following sections survive any termination of this user agreement: Content Licence, Limitations of Liability and Release. This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, The laws of the United States of America. You and Mrfreeads both agree to submit
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the American Courts. We may amend this user agreement at any time either by e-mail or by posting the amended terms on the site. By using Mrfreeads service you agree that, you have read, fully understand and accept this user agreement.
